Whole or half grass-fed & silvopasture-raised lambs from our 2025 Season.

Our lambs graze on diverse pastures between young orchard trees, with a rich diet of grasses, clover, plantain, chicory, and some supplemental tree fodder (e.g. mulberry leaves), but no grain ration. The lambs have 24/7 access to free-choice vitamins and shade. Our farm and animals are managed beyond organic standards (and our chestnuts are certified organic) but the meat is not certified organic.

A whole lamb share came out to about 35 lbs this year, and includes:

• 18 packages of ground lamb (~1 lb each)

• 16 lamb chops (mix of rib and loin)

• 4 lamb shanks

• 1 package of liver (~1.8 lbs)

A half lamb share comes out to about 18.6 lbs, and includes:

• 9 packages of ground lamb (~1 lb each)

• 8 lamb chops (mix of rib and loin)

• 2 lamb shanks

• 1 package of liver (~1.8 lbs)
