The Variety Showcase is a public tasting and community-building event produced by the Culinary Breeding Network and Glynwood Center for Regional Food and Farming. The event is dedicated to illuminating the importance of organic seed and advancing a more inclusive plant-breeding process that engages everyone across the food system.

This year the 117th Annual Conference of the Northern Nut Growers Association will be held at University of Massachusetts Campus in Amherst, MA. Our team recently returned from a three week research trip to Italy and we learned a lot! We’ll report on our trip, share key takeaways we’re bringing to our facility’s design process, and dialogue about the future of chestnut processing in the U.S. We’re hosting two sessions so that everyone who’s expressed interest can make it live, and we’ll send out a recording for those who can’t.
